What is included?

• $5,000 in accident medical reimbursement for your athlete
• $0 deductible when an accident occurs
• $10,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit for policy holder (adult) and for child/participant
• Coverage during any sport related activity for the selected activity

Insurance coverage described is sold by Agency for Student Health Research, Inc (AMSIS) and underwritten by Arch Insurance Company, NAIC #11150, a member company of Arch Insurance Group Inc.
